Cookie Policy
1. Scope of This Policy
Logis.cy uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the platform secure, maintain sessions, remember user choices, and understand product usage where legally permitted. This Policy explains those technologies alongside the choices available to users.
2. Essential Cookies
Essential technologies are used because they are strictly necessary for the operation and security of the platform. These technologies cannot usually be switched off through the consent manager because the service would not function properly without them.
- Authentication and session continuity (session duration or persistent up to 30 days).
- Security controls such as fraud prevention, request integrity, and abuse detection.
- Load balancing, interface reliability, and consent-state storage (up to 12 months).
A detailed cookie inventory identifying each cookie by name, purpose, provider, and retention period is maintained internally and may be made available on request or through the platform cookie settings interface as it develops.
3. Analytics and Preference Technologies
Where permitted by law and our consent settings, we may use analytics or preference technologies to understand which pages and workflows are used, to improve performance, and to remember non-essential user preferences.
We do not rely on non-essential cookies to read the substantive contents of legal or client documents. Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate wherever possible and is limited to what is reasonably needed for product and security improvement.
4. Managing Consent
Users can manage non-essential cookie choices through the platform cookie settings interface where available. You can also configure or clear browser cookies directly through your browser or device settings.
If you disable essential technologies at browser level, parts of the platform may not function correctly. Changes to consent settings do not automatically delete data already processed before the change, but they will affect future use of non-essential technologies.
5. Third-Party Tools, Updates, and Contact
Some third-party services embedded in the platform may set or receive cookie-like identifiers in connection with hosting, analytics, or operational support. We review those integrations for relevance and legal necessity and adjust them over time as the product evolves.
